Just absolutely amazing burger here. I was really impressed by just how good it was! And the service was incredible as well, very nice and friendly staff. If you love burgers, any kind, stop by here if you're in the area!

Capitol Burger in Torrey was a fantastic stop—quick, casual, and seriously delicious. I had the mushroom burger and it was packed with flavor, juicy, and cooked perfectly. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re near Capitol Reef.

Best casual/fast dining around. I got the blue cheese mushroom burger and it was 10/10. Made to order, large portions, delicious. Perfect way to unwind after a day in the scorching desert heat

Capitol Burgers is hands-down one of the best food trucks I’ve ever been to. The burgers are absolutely amazing — juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection with fresh ingredients that really make each bite stand out. Whether you’re going classic or trying one of their creative specials, you can’t go wrong. But what truly sets Capitol Burgers apart is the people inside. The team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. They make you feel like a regular even on your first visit, and the positive vibe they bring adds to the overall experience. If you’re anywhere near this truck, do yourself a favor and stop by. Great food, great people — what more could you ask for?

Legitimately great burger! My husband got the bacon cheeseburger and I got the cheeseburger. Patty was well formed (read: just holding together and not dense), fresh crisp lettuce, onion and tomato. Fries were salty and crisp. I also ordered a side of the Mac and cheese with green chili which was pretty good. There are 2 picnic tables behind the truck if you want to eat there. And get extra napkins, the burgers are messy.

So so good. I’m glad it is 3 hours away from home or I would be there all the time. Ordered the pastrami and mushroom blue burger order of fries. The burgers are huge so if there are two of you....share a fry. One order is enough. Good, not great fries. I’m not sure how they get these burgers so juicy. It’s amazing. Incredible taste. Very fresh. Very messy so ask for extra napkins. Both burgers were scrumptious. The mushrooms were very flavorful and the onions and blue cheese were just the right amount of tang. The pastrami burger really was a monster. Tons of pastrami, a big patty and a lot of juicy/tangy slaw. I’ve never had it this way and it was uniquely awesome. The staff was helpful and friendly and I just can’t recommend this place enough. The perfect post hike meal.

Probably the best burger I’ve ever had, blew our minds, we even came back the next day! Messy, saucy, big, unreal. Plus, shoestring fries that were the perfect amount of salty and crispy. Fast, efficient and kind staff!! Makes you fall in love with a classic food staple all over again!! They were busy Saturday night with a line outside the truck before 5pm open, but they blazed through the people fast. So, be prompt, but also patient! You won’t regret it. P.S. They do not have gluten free buns, but did an EPIC lettuce wrap for me both times, they can also do it without any sort of bun/wrap!! Worth it!!!
